The Opportunity
As Lead Veterinarian / Chief of Staff, you will:
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care
Mentor and support associate veterinarians and medical staff
Partner with leadership on medical protocols, quality standards, and hospital growth
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and compassionate care
Handle a diverse caseload ranging from preventive wellness to urgent and complex cases
This role is ideal for an experienced DVM who is confident in surgery and dentistry and is motivated to have a voice in hospital direction and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
DVM or VMD licensed (or eligible) to practice in Texas
3+ years of general practice experience preferred
Strong surgical, dental, and diagnostic skills
Leadership mindset with interest in team development
Positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for patient care
