Gena Viator, DVM
Chief of Staff
Dr. Gena Viator grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area of Hurst, Euless, and Bedford and currently resides in Royse City, Texas. She received an undergraduate degree and earned a DVM degree from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the Stonebridge Veterinary Hospital team, Dr. Viator practiced in the DFW Metroplex area. Her special interests include cold laser therapy and alternative medicine, where she is certified in Veterinary Acupuncture with IVAS.
In her spare time, Dr. Viator enjoys traveling, family time, scrapbooking, swimming, and showing Paint horses.
She also shares her home with two dogs, Bella the mini Aussie and Longmire the Shepherd mix; two cats, Fergason and Opie; and seven horses, Dotty, Grace, Ziva, Thibadeaux, Ricky Bobby, Phil, and Pickles
Dr. Viator is a board member of the Tarrant County Veterinary Medical Association, chairman of the annual Fall Festival for a scholarship fundraiser, a board member of the Fort Worth Tarrant County Research Foundation, a board member of the Texas Paint Horse Club and awards chairman.
